  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Customized or made-to-order products may take slightly longer to process.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
    • Your location
    • Courier partner availability
    • Unexpected delays (weather, strikes, etc.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
    • Remote or hard-to-serve locations

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on selected orders.
  • For COD orders, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
  • Failure to accept COD orders may result in restriction of COD option for future orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided link.

6. Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Courier partner issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we request your patience and cooperation.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • No refund will be processed for shipping fees

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue.
